Over at Sunday Stills, the challenge this week is barns, black and white. There’s a pronounced shortage of barns in my part of Sydney, but Ed has kindly allowed we barn-challenged types to substitute sheds.

Ah, man and his garden shed 🙂 You do have some cracking wool-sheds in the outback though – I may even have a photo of one of them, but goodness knows where (pre-digital) as I vaguely remember visiting one on a tour around Broken Hill.

My one visit to the Outback was in 1999, definitely pre-digital. I don’t think we saw any wool sheds, though.

Thank you. It was really the only view I had through the jungle of trees in my building’s courtyard.

that’s about how big the barns are, also in towns and villages in Holland where I’m originally from – only the farms have bigger barns:)

Thanks Emilio. It was the only ‘barn’ I could remember seeing in Sydney! I got some odd looks from passersby while I was taking the photos. 😉
