Mosaic bench
Keeping with the August theme of Colourful Benches, I found this mosaic bench not two blocks from my new apartment. But I fear I may be pushing the definition of “mosaic bench” here — certainly there is a seating area, and there are mosaics, but is this really a bench? Maybe!

Kaz, I cannot believe that passersby don’t put their bums on it; so it’s definitely a bench. [grin]

Quite true, in fact I had to wait for rather unphotogenic man to take his bum OFF the object in question before I could shoot it — so there we have it: a genuine bench!

Looks like a bench to me. Maybe next time you pass you could put YOUR bum on it and see how comfy it is? I love the bright mosaics.
