It’s spring here in Sydney, which means the wisteria is giving us its annual brief blaze of glory. The temperature on Wednesday was 32C, which won’t have done these delicate blossoms any good! But while it’s blooming, it’s beautiful.

Sadly, the flowers are already starting to drop.

Fallen glory.

  1. Love wisteria! But 32 degrees already? What will it be like in summer?
Luckily for you the jacaranda will soon follow with more purple loveliness. Nice to see as our summer flowers fade.

  2. One of my favourite flowers . . . ..I thought I’d lost my main one last year but this year it has re-shooted so hopefully next year I might have flowers again.

btw I’d be delighted if you joined in with Square in September – just seen your comment on Jude’s square. never too late to join in with flowers!
