Hmm, are these trees pointy or spiky?
Hot off the press! (Well, hot from the camera, anyway.) I took this photo a few days ago near Isle of Pines (New Caledonia), one of the many smaller islands. Aren’t these the oddest looking pine trees? They are columnar pine trees and are native to New Caledonia. More info about the trees here if you’re curious.
March’s square theme is Spiky Squares (spiky, jagged, pointy, bristly, serrated, prickly, spiny, and/or barbed)
